Hello, I'm Suzie Starbuck, your dedicated Foot Health Practitioner. I thought I'd write a few lines to help you get to know me!

After a varied career that included roles as a Technical Author and Systems Engineer in IT, as well as a qualified Garden Designer and Dog Walker, I found my true calling in foot health. Observing the deep satisfaction my partner, a Chartered Physiotherapist, and my sister, a Sports Therapist, gained from helping others, inspired me to pursue a similar path. I wanted to experience that same fulfilment from making a positive difference for people.

In 2025, I qualified with Distinction as a Foot Health Practitioner, having trained at the prestigious SMAE Institute. This renowned institution offers the only university-accredited Foot Health Diploma in the UK, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality education. I am also a proud member of both the College of Foot Health Professionals and the Association of Foot Health Professionals.

Outside of my practice, I share my home with my partner, Steve, and our lively German Shorthaired Pointer dog, Bryn. For relaxation, I enjoy reading and have a long-standing ambition to write a novel. I've even started a few, though I'm still searching for the push to see one through to completion!
